$10K GIVEAWAY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES -
THE 2024 TRIB GROUP $10K GIVEAWAY CONTEST (THE "PROMOTION") SUBJECT TO THESE
OFFICIAL RULES AND IS OPEN TO CURRENT TRIB GROUP MEMBERS (IN GOOD STANDING)
WHO COMPLETE A PER STORE ENTRY ON WWW.TRIBGROUP.COM > $10K GIVEAWAY
CONTEST FORM.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Promotion, current TRIB Group members must own or operate rent-to-
own store locations within the (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico,
Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands, and unless otherwise noted pursuant to a related promotion, be at
least 18 years of age at the time of entry (a "Participant").
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Promotion constitutes Participant's full
and unconditional agreement to (i) these official rules ("Official Rules); (ii) all eligibility requirements;
and (iii) the decisions of the TRIB Group, which are binding and final on matters related to this
Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local and
municipal laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth
herein.
TIMING: For purposes of this Promotion, a 'day' is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00
AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. TRIB Group’s computers, located in the Eastern Time Zone,
runs the official clock for the Promotion and will solely determine the time by which an entry is
received. The Promotion Entry Period begins on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time
("ET") and ends on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotional Entry Period"), and
consists of one (1) online entry period (via the official $10K GIVEAWAY CONTEST FORM) as
outlined in the dates identified below.
Sunday, September 1, 2024: Promotion’s Entry Period START Date – the day / time that TRIB Group
members can officially complete their paid commitment to participate in the Promotion by entering
PER STORE LOCATION. Promotion entries are collected via the online form only. One (1) entry
must be collected for each participating store location.
Thursday, October 31, 2024: Promotion’s Entry Period END Date – the day/time that the collection
of per store entries will CLOSE to TRIB Group members who would like to participate in the
Promotion.
ENTER ONLINE: To enter the Promotion online, a Participant will follow the provided TRIB Group
$10K GIVEAWAY CONTEST FORM link and instructions to complete and submit the online entry
form. Participants must provide a VALID mobile phone number and email address in order to enter
the Promotion. Each Participant may enter any number from one (1) up to the total number of their
store locations to participate; each participating location incurs a $50.00 participation entry fee.770-451-4302 | www.TRIBGroup.com
Each correctly submitted online total entry form will a confirmation email. Participants are
encouraged with place the @tribgroup.com domain on their white list / approved senders list as not
to miss messages otherwise filtered or routed to Spam or Junk folders. TRIB Group is not responsible
for email confirmations not received due to server delays or unknown sender filters applied to
Participants’ email accounts.
LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER TRIB GROUP MEMBER PARTICIPATING STORE LOCATION up to the
Location Count associated with the TRIB Group membership record, REGARDLESS OF THE
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PURCHASED. Participants are encouraged to confirm the correct number of
store locations (and their addresses) listed on their membership accounts.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Administrator will randomly select the potential Entry
Period winner (the "Potential Winner") from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period on
or around the drawing dates indicated in the chart in the Timing section above. Each Potential
Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, as determined by Administrator, within
approximately five (5) days of the drawing dates. If any Potential Winner (i) is found to be have an
ineligible membership account (not in good standing); (ii) if he or she does not respond either via
phone or email to notification of winnings; or (iii) declines the prize for any reason prior to award,
such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.
PRIZES: ONE (1) $10,000 PRIZE will be awarded during this Promotion. Should additional
promotion-related funds in excess of the initial $10,000 amount become available through the
success and popularity of the entry registrations, an additional prize MAY be awarded, but is not
guaranteed. The prize will be awarded in the form of a check issued from TRIB Group. All federal,
state, provincial, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding
taxes) arising from Prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner.
THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF TOTAL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
RECEIVED FOR THE ENTRY PERIOD.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each Participant may enter ONLY during the online Entry window, via the
provided online entry form. Participants who do not complete their payment or entry form will not
be entered into the Promotion. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email
address associated with their TRIB Group membership account. In case of a dispute as to the owner
of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account
holder of the email address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed
as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or
other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the
submitted email address. TRIB Group LTD., all of their officers, directors, and employees (the
"Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information,
or for any human error in submitted online entry forms, issues with submission, technical
malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of770-451-4302 | www.TRIBGroup.com
any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web
site, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or
damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this Promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize, the winning member and their subsequent Prize
Winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of
residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by TRIB
Group, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of Prize Winner's name on the TRIB
Group website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation,
permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or
legal guardians agree to release indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims,
actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from
participating in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or travel, or from the awarding,
delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Prize awarded. U.S. Law
governs this Promotion.
PRIZE WINNERS' NAMES: To receive the names of the Prize Winners, available once all Prize
Winners have been verified, send an e-mail with the subject line: 2024 $10K Giveaway to
admin@tribgroup.com.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Participants or
TRIB Group in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia,
without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in
a court of law in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all
remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
